At the very outset, Shri Baghel, learned counsel appearing for the respondent No.3, would submit that the respondent has already decided the representation and thereby complied with the order dated 15-4-2015 passed by this Court in WPS No.447 of 2015, though with some delay and for which learned counsel tenders apology for delay in deciding the representation. 2.
The apology is appears to be bona fide, therefore, it is accepted. 3.
In view of the above, nothing survives for taking any further action in the contempt petition.
