1. At the outset, learned counsel for respondent No.2 submits that due to inadvertent mistake of fact, the statement came to be made regarding closure of the school. He seeks to withdraw that statement.

2. In view of the aforesaid submission, the order passed by this Court on 04.05.2018 in WPS No.1553 of 2018 stands recalled and the Writ Petition is restored to its original number.
