The applicant by filing instant MCC prays for restoration of MA. No. 45/15 (Vishwanath Dewangan -v- State of Chhattisgarh) to its original number which was dismissed for want of prosecution on 12-8-2015 as on the said date, none appeared for the appellant when the matter was taken up for hearing.

One due consideration, instant MCC is hereby allowed. It is ordered that MA No. 45/15 dismissed for want of prosecution vide order dated 12-8-2015 be restored to its original number.
