1. The limited relief sought for by the petitioner in the present writ petition is for a direction to the respondents No. 1 to decide his representation /application dated 15.05.2018 at the earliest.
2. Counsel for the respondent No. 1 enters appearance and submits that in all probability, the matter must have been decided.
3. Given the said submission, this Court does not intend to keep the writ petition pending, Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent No. 1 in case if the application has not been till date decided, the same be decided preferably within a period of 90 days. In case, if application stands decided nothing further remains to be done.
