To which, counsel for the State has no objection. (2) Be that as it may, the respondent No. 3 is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner in view of the order passed by Additional Commissioner, Durg expeditiously preferably within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. (3) With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition stands finally disposed of.
