The Trial Court has acquitted the accused of the charges under Sections 294, 506 Part-II, 323 (Two Times), in alternate Section 323/34 (Two Times), Section 307 (Two Times), in alternate Section 307/34 (Two times) of IPC.

The injured Prakash Sidar (PW-3) and Deenanath (PW-4) have not supported the prosecution. They have stated that they sustained injuries when they fell on the ground consequent to scuffle. 3.

No case for grant of leave to appeal is made out. 4.
