1. Heard.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner was not included in the counselling list as the National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE) has cancelled its recognition. He would further submit that the order passed by the NCTE has already been revoked on 16-3-2018 by the appellate authority of the NCTE as such, the petitioner is entitled for inclusion of its name in the counselling list.

3. Learned State counsel, on instructions, would bring to the notice of the Court that the petitioner has made representation for inclusion of its name which has been considered and the petitioner has been directed to produce the order dated 16-3-2018 and affiliation by the University.

4. Be that as it may, the petitioner is at liberty to produce the copies of documents required by respondent No.2 by tomorrow and in such case, the petitioner's case will be considered expeditiously, strictly in accordance with law before the commencement of second round of counselling.

5. With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
