2. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has made an application for compassionate appointment on account of death of her husband Devendra Kumar Sahu, Teacher (Panchayat), on 26-10-2013, yet the application has not been decided by respondents No.2 & 3.

3. Respondents No.2 & 3 are accordingly directed to decide the application of the petitioner in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within a period of two months from the

date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is made clear that this Court has not observed any opinion on merits of the case.

4. With the aforesaid observation, the petition stands finally disposed of.
