1. This is an application for correction of the description of respondent No.2 in the cause-title of WPS No.2916/2015.

2. Learned counsel would submit that in the said writ petition, respondent No.2 was described as 'The Secretary, Rural Administration and Development, Govt. of Chhattisgarh', whereas it should have been mentioned as the 'Secretary, Urban Administration and Development, Govt. of Chhattisgarh.

3. On due consideration the description of respondent No.2 in WPS No.2916/2015 is directed to be corrected and read as 'Secretary, Urban Administration and Development, Govt. of Chhattisgarh'.

4. Accordingly, the MCC stands disposed of.
