The Trial Court has acquitted the accused of the charges under Section 376 of IPC.

The prosecutrix, examined as PW-4, is a married lady, aged about 30 years. According to her statement, she was married with one Amritlal Sahu in the year 2006 who left her after 3 months. During an examination at Bilaspur in September, 2016, she happened to meet the accused and since thereafter they got connected over mobile and very soon they started visiting each other's house and then to the house of their relatives where they used to stay and cohabit.

Considering the nature and quality of evidence and the age of the
prosecutrix, The Trial Court has rightly acquitted the accused. 4.
No case for grant of leave to appeal is made out. 5.
Accordingly, the CRMP is dismissed.
