(2) This petition has been filed by the petitioner for extension of time of the bail period of the petitioner. This Court, by order dated 04.01.2017 passed in M.Cr.C. No.7437/2016 granted bail to the petitioner for a period of one month from 07.01.2017. (3) After hearing learned counsel for the parties and after perusal of record, it is directed the bail order granted to the petitioner is extended upto 17.03.2017. Now, the petitioner shall surrender before the learned trial Judge on 20.03.2017. The learned trial Judge shall inform the Registry of this Court about the surrender of the petitioner. (4) With the aforesaid observation, the criminal petition stands finally disposed of.
