The grievance of the petitioner in the present writ petition is that though she was directed to be appointed as Anganbadi Worker at Anganbadi Centre-2, Basani, but the charge has not been handed over to the petitioner.

Without making any observation on the merit of the case, the representation made by the petitioner by Annexure P/3 dated 10.06.2013 may be decided by the respondents No. 3 & 4 within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt of the copy of this order. 3.

With the aforesaid observations, the present writ petition stands disposed off.
