Considering the statements of PW-1 Karan Yadav, PW-2 Narayan Yadav, PW-3 Dhiraj Dewangan, PW-19 Shashi Kumar Chowdhary, Executive Magistrate and PW-15 Kaushilya, widow of deceased Raju Sahu, who has identified the decomposed body recovered from Heerakund Dam, we are inclined to grant leave to appeal. 2.

Accordingly, the CRMP is allowed.

Let regular acquittal appeal be registered and the same be posted for consideration in the week after next.
