1. This is first bail application filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure seeking grant of regular bail to the applicants in connection with Crime No. 13 of 2015 registered at P.S. Bhansi, Distt. Dantewada (C.G) for the offence punishable under Sections 13 (ka)(Kha)(B), 39(2), 40(ka)(kha) (ga) of the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act 1967, Section 8(1)(3)(5) of the Chhattisgarh Vishesh Jan Suraksha Adhiniyam, 2005, Sections 3, 4 of the Explosive Substances Act and Section 25 & 27 of the Arms Act as also Section 120-B of IPC.

2. As per the prosecution case, the applicant is dealing in scrap business and it is alleged that he is involved in supply of blasting materials as also arms and equipment after making repairs/renovation of the same to the outlawed people of Naxalite Group.

3. At the outset, learned counsel for the applicant fairly submits that out of 48 witnesses, 42 have been examined and only

few witnesses remained to be examined.

4. Considering the fact that almost 42 witnesses out of 48 have been examined, it would not be proper for this Court to evaluate the entire evidence for consideration of bail as the trial is on the verge of completion. Therefore, I am not inclined to entertain this bail application at this stage. Accordingly, it is rejected.
