Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that despite the petitioner continuing on deputation as a Lecturer at District Institute of Education and Training (DIET), Khairagarh, he has been transferred to High School, Dapka, Khairagarh. He submits that the petitioner may be given a liberty to make a representation to the respondent No.1 and the same may be directed to decide within a stipulated period. 2.
Without any observation on the merits of the case, it is observed that the representation may be made by the petitioner to the respondent No.1 and
-2the same may be decided by the respondent No.1 taking into consideration the submission of the petitioner within stipulated period. 3.
With the aforesaid observations, the present writ petition stands disposed off.
