Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that initially the petitioner was appointed as Assistant Grade III in Education Department on compassionate appointment and thereafter he was promoted as Assistant Grade-II and is presently posted in District Institute of Education & Training at Khairagarh. The grievance of the petitioner is that by impugned order dated 12.07.2019 he has been transferred from Khairagarh to Government Higher Secondary School, Saalewara, Chuikhdhan, District Rajnandgaon which is against the State Transfer Policy and because of family problem, his new place of posting may be

changed. Learned counsel further submits that the petitioner has made representation to the Grievance Redressal Committee on 18.07.2019 and the same may be directed to be decided within a stipulated time. 2.

Without any observation on the merits, the Grievance Redressal Committee is directed to consider and decide the representation/application of the petitioner within a further period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
