1. The grievance of the petitioner in the present writ petition seems to be the non-consideration of the petitioner's representation seeking for upgradation of the gradings given in the ACR for the year 20132014 and 2014-2015.
2. According to the counsel for the petitioner for the entries made in the ACR of the petitioner for the aforesaid two years, the petitioner has already made a representation to the respondent no. 1. However, the same till date has not been considered and decided. The counsel for the petitioner submits that initially the authorities had the apprehension whether the entries so made can be revived
by specifically approaching to the authorities. The contents of the general books circular would show that under this RBC the power has been vested upon the authorities to upgrade the ACR once awarded.
3. Given the said contention by the counsel for the petitioner has made, let the representation which the petitioner has made to the respondent no. 1 be decided at the earliest, preferably within ninety days from the date of receipt of copy of this Order. The petitioner would be entitled to make a fresh representation in addition to what the petitioner has already made in the past.
4. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed off. Sd/- (P. Sam Koshy) Judge Rahul
