(2) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has preferred an appeal against the impugned order dated 17.10.2016 passed by respondent No.1-Managing Director before respondent No.2 i.e. Chairman, Chhattisgarh State Warehouse Corporation, Raipur, which is still pending consideration since 18.10.2016 and, therefore, direction may be issued to the respondent No.2 to decide the same expeditiously.

(3) Prayer appears to be fair and reasonable.

(4) In view of above, respondent No.2 i.e. Chairman, Chhattisgarh State Warehouse Corporation, Raipur is directed to consider and decide an appeal of the petitioner along with application for stay filed by the petitioner in accordance with law preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. (5) For a period of two weeks, no coercive steps shall be taken against the petitioner with regard to subject matter. (6) With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
