1. The grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner was working at Khairagarh, District Rajnandgaon and vide order dated 12.07.2019 he

-2has been transferred from Khairagarh to Government High School, Saraipatera, Chhuikhadan, District Rajnandgaon.

2. Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner's wife is also working at Khairagarh. He submits that as far as the state policy is concerned, husband and wife may be posted at one place. He refers to Annexure P-3 whereby the wife of the petitioner has been transferred to Khairagah. He further submits that the petitioner has already made a representation to the redressal Committee constituted in this regard and the same may be directed to decide the representation of the petitioner at the earliest.

3. Perused the document Annexure P-3 which shows that the wife of the petitioner is working as Shiksha Karmi Grade-II at Khairagarh.

4. Without any observation on the merits of the case, the writ petition stands disposed of with a direction that the representation of the petitioner may be decided within an outer limit of 45 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
