(2) The petitioner has assailed the legality and validity of the impugned order, whereby, the District Education OfÏcer-cum Additional Chief Executive OfÏcer (Education), Mungeli, has posted him from Government Higher Secondary School, Semarsal Block Lormi to Government High School, Dabo Block Mungeli.

(3) At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition with liberty to prefer a representation.
