Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner who is appointed at Surajpur has been transferred to the High School at Pratappur.

The petitioner submits that as per the settled law, the petitioner being a holder of substantive post of Accountant cannot be transferred or posted to any school.

Perused the transfer order dated 12.07.2019. The order shows the petitioner is working as an Accountant to the office District Education

-2Officer, Surajpur and he has been transferred to the High School at Pratapppur.

Without any observation on the merits of the case and taking into consideration the facts of the case, it is directed that the petitioner may make a representation to the Redressal Grievance Committee constituted by the State against the transfer within a period of two weeks from today and the Redressal Grievance Committee may decide the same within a further period of 45 days from the date of receipt of the representation. Till then the transfer in respect of the petitioner may not be given effect to. 5.

With the aforesaid observations, the present writ petition stands disposed off.
