The petitioner's case is that he is entitled for benefit of the decision rendered by this Court in WP (S) No.147 of 2016 (Dhannu Das Barde Vs. State of Chhattisgarh and others), decided on 1.7.2016.

State would submit that the petitioner's case is pending before the High Level Caste Scrutiny Committee constituted under the Act of 2013.

Since the case of the petitioner is pending before the High Level Caste Scrutiny Committee, the petitioner may file representation and make submission before the High Power Caste Scrutiny Committee and as such, no direction can be issued in the present writ petition.
