2. This is an application filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of regular bail to the applicant, who has been arrested in connection with Crime No.230/2020 registered at Police Station Pithora, District Mahasamund (CG) for the offence punishable under Sections 376, 376(2)(k) & 376(2)(n), 292 (A), 506 of the IPC and Section 67(A) of the Information Technology Act.

3. The applicant has not only sexually exploited the prosecutrix on promise to marry but has also sent an obscene video of the

MCRC No. 8045 of 2020 prosecutrix to her brother.

4. Considering the nature of allegations, I am not inclined to release the applicant on regular bail at this stage.
