1. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has made an application for grant of time bond pay scale which has not been considered and decided by the respondents till this date.

2. Be that as it may, the respondents are directed to consider the case of the petitioner for time bond pay scale expeditiously in accordance with law on its own merit. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on merits of the case.

3. With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
