1. Heard.
2. This is an application filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of regular bail to the applicant, who has been arrested in connection with Crime No.74/2020 registered at Police Station Pithora, District Mahasamund (CG) for the offence punishable under Sections 294, 323, 341, 392, 394, 506 of the IPC.
3. The applicant has committed Highway loot by restraining victim Duleshwar Patel when he was travelling with one Uma Shankar Patel at 6:15 a.m. on 11.4.2020.

4. Learned counsel for the State would submit that the applicant has previous antecedents of committing several crimes.
5. On perusal of the case diary particularly the details of the previous antecedents, it is found that the antecedents are of committing minor offences triable by the Judicial Magistrate First Class. No other offence has been registered involving commission of loot or any other heinous crime.
6. Considering that the applicant is in jail since 13.10.2020 and the charge sheet has already been filed, this Court is inclined to release the applicant on regular bail.
7. Accordingly, the bail application is allowed and the applicant is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.50,000/- with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the trial Court. He is directed to appear before the trial Court on each and every date given by the said Court.
