1. It is submitted by the counsel for respondents, that the tenure of the respondent union has completed during the pendency of this petition. Therefore, this petition has become infructuous, however, because of this petition, the salary of 10 months of the employees, who are represented by respondent No.2 has been withheld by the petitioner side, regarding which representation has been made for release the same, hence, this petition be disposed off with direction to the petitioner to consider on the representation of the respondent No.2.

2. Learned counsel for petitioner has no objection on this submission and it is submitted, that the petition is now infructuous on the basis of the reasons mentioned by the respondent counsel.

3. Accordingly, the petition is disposed off. The petitioner is directed to consider on the representation made by the employees under respondent No.2 for release of their salary of 10 months, which has been withheld due to the pendency of this petition. This consideration on representation be made within a period of two months from this date.
