Shri SK Mishra, PL ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Hon'ble Shri Justice Anil Kumar Shukla Order 15.02.2017 1) Learned counsel appearing for the applicant at the outset submits that the applicant wants to move an application under Section 216 Cr.P.C. before the Court below for alteration of charge framed against him. Learned counsel also prays for stay of further proceedings in the Court below. 2) It is directed that on making the aforesaid application before the Court below by the applicant within two weeks from today, the same shall be decided in accordance with law from the date of filing of the application. Till decision on the said application under Section 216 Cr.P.C., further proceedings of the Court below shall remain stayed.
