With the consent of the learned counsel for the parties, the matter is heard finally.

The petitioner, a contract employee in the South Eastern Central Railway, has preferred this writ petition in respect of service dispute.

In view of the provisions contained in Section 14 read with Section 28 of the Administrative Tribunals Act, 1985, jurisdiction to entertain such dispute lies with the Jurisdictional Central Administrative Tribunal. 4.
