1. The present MCC has been filed seeking modification of the order dated 10.07.2019 passed in WPS No. 5044 of 2019.

2. The Modification sought for is so far as the address of the petitioner as well as the address of the respondent No. 3 in the cause title of the case.

3. According to the counsel for the petitioner, due to a clerical error at his office, the address of the petitioner and the address of the respondent No. 3 has got wrongly typed. As prayed for appropriate modification to that effect.

4. The contention of the petitioner is that the petitioner, infact, was working under the Govt. Rajmohini Devi Girls P.G. College Ambikapur, District: Surguja, (C.G.) whereas in the cause-title it has got wrongly typed as "Rajiv Gandhi Govt. P.G. College Ambikapur, District: Surguja, (C.G.) and prays for appropriate modification of the order to the said extent.

5. The said request has not been opposed by the State Government.

6. Accordingly, the present MCC stands allowed and the order dated 10.07.019 passed in WPS No. 5044 of 2019 stands modified to the extent that the address of the petitioner shall be read as "Govt. Rajmohini Devi Girls P.G. College, Ambikapur, District: Surguja, (C.G.)" instead of "Rajiv Gandhi Govt. P.G. College, Ambikapur, District: Surguja, (C.G.)"

7. Like wise the order also stands modified to the extent that the address of the Respondent No. 3 is to be read as "Principal, Govt. Rajmohini Devi Girls P.G. College, Ambikapur, District: Surguja, (C.G.)" instead of "Principal, Rajiv Gandhi Govt. P.G. College Ambikapur, District: Surguja, (C.G.)"

8. With the aforesaid modification, the present MCC stands allowed and disposed off.

9. The registry is directed to place a copy of this order for the records of WPS No. 5044 of 2019.
