(2) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the monthly allowance was being paid to the petitioner in lieu of employment, which has been stopped w.e.f. August, 2015 without assigning any reason against which, he has made representation before respondent No.2/Chief Vigilance Officer, Chhattisgarh State Power Holding Company Ltd. Raipur, which has not been considered and
decided till this date.
(3) Prayer appears to be fair and reasonable.
(4) Be that as it may, respondent No.2-Chief Vigilance Officer, Chhattisgarh State Power Holding Company Ltd. Raipur is directed to consider and decide the representations of the petitioner in accordance with law preferably within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. However, the petitioner is at liberty to file additional representation, if any before the said authority for redressal of his grievances.
(5) With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stand finally disposed of. No order as to cost.
