Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that petitioner has made representation before the respondent No. 1 under Section 18(2) of the Right to Information Act, 2005 (for brevity, 'Act of 2005') on 08.06.2018 for compliance of the order dated 18.01.2018 that may be directed to be considered and decided expeditiously.

I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.

Be that as it may, the respondent No. 1 - State Information Commission is directed to consider and dispose of the petitioner's

application filed under Section 18(2) of the Act of 2005 expeditiously. 4.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
