1. This is an office reference based on the request letter dated 12/10/2020 sent by the District & Sessions Judge, Surguja for extension of time for final disposal of Cr.A. No. 501/2003.

2. This Court vide order dated 13/12/2019 had directed the trial Court to disposal of Cr.A. No. 501/2003, which has not been complied with and further extension of time has been sought by the trial Court to comply with the order passed by this Court.

3. Earlier also, on the request letter dated 20/05/2020, further time of four months was granted to comply with the order, but it has not been complied with and again this request letter has been sent seeking further extension of time.

4. Considering the request made and the grounds stated in the letter, finally further time upto 30th December, 2020 is granted to learned court below to dispose of the said case by taking the trial on day-today basis. It will be the responsibility of learned District & Sessions Judge, Surguja to comply with this order and it is made clear that no further time would be extended.

5. Accordingly, this M.C.C. stands disposed of.

6. A copy of this order be sent to the concerned trial Court by e-mail/fax by tomorrow.
