Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the legible copy of Annexure P-2 is not available despite intense effort. He would submit that if the petition is restored, the petitioner would not rely on the document Annexure P-2, however, such prayer can be made only when the petition is restored. On due consideration application (I.A. No.1) is allowed. M.C.C. No.813 of 2015 This is an application for restoration of WPC No.2042/2014 which was dismissed for non-compliance of Court order dated 15.1.2015. On due consideration and for the reasons mentioned in the restoration application, it is allowed and WPC No.2042/2014 is directed to be restored to its original number, subject , however, on payment of cost of Rs.1000/- to the Chhattisgarh High Court Bar Association within a period of one week.
