Hon'ble Shri Justice Manindra Mohan Shrivastava Order On Board 04/02/2021 Heard.

1. Learned counsel for the applicant would submit that in the present case, the applicant has been involved on weak evidence of so-called last seen and recovery of bloodstained cloth and weapon. He would submit that till now as many as 7 prosecution witnesses have been examined and their evidence does not inspire any confidence.

2. On the other hand, learned State counsel opposes the prayer for grant of bail and submits that present is a case of commission of grave offence of murder and many witnesses are yet to be examined.

3. Considering the nature of allegation and gravity of offence, at this stage, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the applicant. Therefore, the application for grant of bail is rejected. It would be open for the applicant to revive the application at an appropriate stage.
