1. This is an application filed under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail to the applicants, who have been arrested in connection with Crime No.147 of 2020, registered at Police Station Ramanujganj, District Balrampur- Ramanujganj for the offence punishable under

MCRC No. 7677 of 2020 Section 429 of the I.P.C. and Sections 4, 5 & 10 of the C.G. Krishak Pashu Paripakshan Adhiniyam, 2004.

2. As per the prosecution case, applicants have been found in possession of 30 kgs of cow meat near Ramchoura hill on 29.08.2020.

3. Learned State counsel would oppose the prayer for grant of bail.

4. Considering that the offence is triable by Judicial Magistrate First Class; the applicants are in jail since 31.08.2020, although they are presently released on parole and also for the fact that charge sheet has already been filed, I am inclined to release the applicants on bail.

5. Accordingly, the application is allowed and the applicants are directed to be released on bail on each of them executing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.50,000/- with one surety for the like amount to the satisfaction of the trial Court. They are directed to appear before the trial Court on each and every date given by the said Court.
