1. Admittedly, a succession case is pending before the jurisdictional succession Court, wherein right and entitlement of the petitioner and the
private respondents would be determined, in accordance with law.
2. The matter being pending before the jurisdictional Court, the petitioner has the remedy of moving the said Court for grant of interim relief rather than preferring the writ petition only for interim relief before this Court till the case is pending.
3. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as not maintainable, subject, however, to the above observation.
