1. Learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this bail application as it is not maintainable in view of Section 14 (1) of the Scheduled Castes & Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989. He further submits that direction be issued to the Registry of this Court to return back the certified copy of the impugned order.

2. In view of above, bail application is dismissed as withdrawn.

3. Registry is directed to return back the certified copy of impugned order after retaining photocopy of the same.
