1. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that an order in favour of the petitioner was passed under Section 250 of the C.G. Land Revenue Code by the Tahsildar, Bamhnidih on 05.07.2021. Thereafter, when the execution is preferred, the same is adjourned from time to time on the ground that the report in compliance of the order under Section 250 of the C.G. Land Revenue Code be obtained from the R.I.

2. Learned counsel for the respondents submits that the Tahsildar may be directed to expedite its own order dated 05.07.2021 so that the rejectment order is complied with.

3. Without any observation on the merit, at this stage, if the order dated 05.07.2021 still exists, no stay is operating then the Tahsildar is directed to comply with its own order within a reasonable time within an outer limit of 45 days.
