Heard on application for restoration of the Misc. Appeal (C). No.896 of 2015 which has been dismissed by this Court for want of prosecution on 28.08.2015. On due consideration of the reasons mentioned in the application which is supported by the affidavit sworn by the applicant, I am of the opinion that the applicant has been able to assign sufficient reasons for non-appearance of the counsel on 28.8.2015.

Accordingly M.C.C. Is allowed.

Consequently, M.A(C).No.896 of 2015 is restored to its original number.
