1. Learned counsel for the contemnor would submit that the contempt has been purged, inasmuch as, by order dated 09.10.2015, the earlier order dated 10.09.2015 rejecting petitioner's representation has been recalled. The contemnor is also present in the Court. He would tender unconditional apology for the mistake committed by him.

2. On due consideration, the apology is accepted.
