1. The grievance of the petitioner in the present writ petition in the inaction on the part of the respondents is not considering the claim of the petitioner for grant of compassionate appointment.

2. According to the counsel for the petitioner, her husband namely Late Shri Somesh Sahu was working as a Shiksha Karmi Grade II.

Meanwhile, however on 28.02.2019 the husband of the petitioner died in harness, thereafter the petitioner made repeated representations to the authorities concerned for grant of compassionate appointment but till date the authorities are not deciding the said request of the petitioner.

3. Given the said facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is of the opinion that the writ petition at this juncture can be disposed off directing the respondents no. 3 to 6 to consider the claim of the petitioner for grant of compassionate appointment at the earliest, preferably within a period of ninety days from the date of receipt of copy of this Order.

4. With the aforesaid direction, the present writ petition stands disposed off.
