The applicant has preferred this first bail application for grant of anticipatory bail, as he apprehends his arrest in connection with Crime No.325/2018, registered at Police Station Kotwali, Ambikapur, District Surguja (CG), for offence punishable under Section 354 of the Indian Penal Code.

At the very outset, learned counsel for the applicant, on instructions, would submit that with the passage of time the bail application has been rendered infructuous.

Accordingly, the bail application is dismissed as having become infructuous.
