Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner in the present writ petition is working with the respondents since September, 2001 on the post of Waterman and she has put in more than 20 years of service against the sanctioned post of Waterman lying vacant with the respondents therefore, she be considered for regularization against

the sanctioned vacant post available, considering two decades of service rendered by her by now.

Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case and taking into consideration the facts that she has put in more than 20 years of service on the post of Waterman, the writ petition at this juncture stands disposed of directing the respondents to consider the claim of the petitioner for regularization in service in accordance with Rules and regulations governing the field at the earliest preferably within a period of 4 months from the date of receipt of the copy of this order. While deciding the same, the authorities shall also consider the recommendation made in favour of the petitioner by the Chief Executive Officer, Janpad Panchayat, Sitapur dated 14.12.2017. 3.

With the aforesaid observations, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
