1. The limited grievance that the petitioner has raised in the present writ petition is the inaction on the part of the respondents in not considering the claim of the petitioner for regularization in service.

2. According to the counsel for the petitioner, she has put in more than 13 years of service under the respondents and there are sanctioned vacant posts available in the department, where she can be considered for regularization.

3. Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the writ petition as of now is disposed of directing the respondents No. 1 to 4 to consider and decide the claim of the petitioner seeking regularization in accordance with the rules, circulars and policies of regularization governing the field at the earliest preferably within a period of four months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
