This is the second application filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of regular bail to the applicants, who have been arrested in connection with Crime No.107/2020 registered at Police Station Gudiyari, District Raipur for the offence punishable under Section 307/34 of the

IPC.

3. The first bail applications were dismissed by this Court vide a detailed order.

4. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, it is not possible for this Court to take any different view in the matter as there is no change in the circumstance.
