Heard on application for restoration of First Appeal No.131/2007 which was dismissed for want of prosecution on 12.7.2019.

For the reasons mentioned in the application which is duly supported with an affidavit, I am satisfied that sufficient cause has been shown for restoration of First Appeal No.131/2007. 3.

Accordingly, the application (MCC) is allowed and First Appeal No.131 of 2007 is restored to its original number and the same be listed for final hearing on 26.9.2019. 4.

Interim order passed in FA No.131/2007 shall continue till the next date of hearing.
