1. The claim of the petitioner in the present writ petition seems to be the non granting the benefit of Karmonnati Vetanmaan including arrears.

2. According to the petitioner, her name finds place in the list of eligible candidates for the said pay-scale and her name appears at serial No.

22 and the said list was published as early as on 01.01.2007 but till date the benefit of the same has not been extended to the petitioner.

3. The writ petition therefore at this juncture, stands disposed of directing the respondents No. 2, 4 to 6 to consider the representation that the petitioner has filed for the purpose of grant of Karmonnati vetanmaan including arrears at the earliest preferably within a period of 90 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order. In addition, the petitioner would be entitled to file a fresh representation, if she so wants to the authorities concerned.
