1. Heard.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner owns a land bearing Khasra No. 377/15 at Kududand Teh. & Distt. Bilaspur. It is contended that without acquisition of the said land, the Municipal Corporation has started certain construction over the said land in connivance with the respondent No. 4. Therefore, the petitioner has made an application for demarcation of the said land upon which the proceeding was opened by the Tehsildar Bilaspur on 26.03.2021 and the team was also constituted vide

Annexure P/4 on 08.07.2021. However till date, the demarcation of the said land has not been carried out. He submits that, therefore, the respondent No. 5 Tehsildar Bilaspur may be directed to complete the demarcation proceeding within a stipulated time.

3. Considering the fact that the demarcation application has already been forwarded and the team has already been constituted on 08.07.2021 to demarcate the land, the respondent No. 5 Tehsildar Bilaspur is directed to conclude the demarcation proceeding within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt of the copy of this order.

4. With the aforesaid observation/ direction, the writ petition stands disposed off.
