1. Proceedings of this matter have been taken up for hearing through video conferencing.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the present CRMP with liberty to file Revision Petition before the Revisional Court.

3. Prayer is allowed

4. Needless to say that the concerned Revisional Court, if review petition is filed, shall consider and decide the same in accordance with law expeditiously.

5. Certified copy of the impugned order be returned after furnishing duly photocopy thereof.

6. With the aforesaid direction / observation the instant CRMP stands disposed off.
