1. Heard.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is the land oustee due to land acquisition for a project known as Kalma Bairaj and the petitioner was entitled for the benefit of rehabilitation, however, the same has not been granted to the petitioner. He would further submit that the petitioner has filed the representation before the Secretary, Department of Chhattisgarh and it is prayed that the same may be decided within specified time.

3. Considering the fact that the petitioner only prays that the representation of the petitioner (Annexure P-2) may be decided and the representation (Annexure P-2) appears to have been made to the Chief Secretary. Under the circumstances, the petitioner is given the liberty to make a representation to the Secretary, Department of Revenue and Disaster Management i.e. the respondent No.1 within a period of three weeks from today ventilating all his grievance and if such representation is filed the respondent No.1 in turn shall decide the same within a period of 4 months from the date of receipt of the representation.

4. With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands disposed of. SD/-Sd/-/- Goutam Bhaduri Judge Ashu
